What's happening this week in Orange County CA
Dear Greater Orange County:
After an incredible No Kings protest on Saturday, ICE came down hard on Santa Ana in retaliation on Sunday, violently kidnapping many members of our community. There have already been reports of active ICE raids in Garden Grove this morning as well.
SO THIS IS YOUR RESISTANCE JOB THIS WEEK: Have even just an hour or two free? Bring a friend, camping chairs, your water bottle, and a shade umbrella/canopy and set up at your local Home Depot or car wash parking lot to monitor the situation. Bring a whistle. Bring your best Karen energy. Keep a watch out for ICE and warn workers. Be safe and use common sense, but have your phone ready to record if anything happens.
